danposs86
Is it worth claiming? How much was it valued for?
Faz
Is it worth claiming? How much was it valued for? I cant remember, just trying to get all my details now. It was only a few hundred I think so probably not worth claiming really.
danposs86
Not if it will affect your no claims. Might be able to strip a few bits and then weigh it in.
Faz
Anyone know how much a scrappy would pay for it?
danposs86
Depends on the area and scrappy really. Maybe a metals place would be worth looking into too. I'd say anywhere from 50 to 100.
1pukkadeal
I drove a v6 vectra to the scrappy last week and got £47 for it in weight before they pulled it apart and crushed it ,but thats london prices ,best bet then would be salvage what you can then scrap whats left over Edited May 27, 2008 by 1pukkadeal
