JonC Posted May 6, 2003 Share Posted May 6, 2003 I got em from demon tweeks full kit shocks and springs, its lowered 40mm and has a little adjuster on the top of each strut, it doesnt adjust the ride height just the firmness of the shocks, i can switch from soft to hard or hard to soft in 1 minoh they cost 450£ in p+pand i paid 100£ for fittingIts not cheap but, imo worth it round the twisty stuff Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JonC Posted May 6, 2003 Share Posted May 6, 2003 bear in mind that if your just gonna buy lowering springs, then your shocks have to be suitable and in good condition or your gonna have the worst ride ever, my rear shocks had leaked and were fucked and my front drivers side had also lost its pressure although still looked ok from the outside... T9BY G Posted May 6, 2003 Share Posted May 6, 2003 Did have H&R Adjustable Coilovers (20-70mm) on my old mk5 escort but they wouldnt fit my mk6 when i got it just as well really as they were too bloody hard and put stress on loads of parts.
