Very nice on the phone never had a problem until about 6 weeks ago when my mate wrote off my car, although not yet at the stage of saying "i'll never use them again" it is fast coming to that. They say one thing and do another (or more annoyingly do nothing) and really don't fill me with confidence at all. The matter isn't resolve yet so they might come good yet.... When it comes to claims, changes, etc (anything involving customer service) it all goes horribly wrong and you wish you had never bothered.
