Tips/Covers on Exhaust?

My exhausts are actually tips. The big 4" cans were.. Cans, but now I use tips, the small round ones in my thread were tips too. Its just easier for my design.

that's a tip on mine (the standard backbox was quite new, so there was no need to replace it, but the tip makes it fill the hole in the bumper a bit better)

they can look ok, if they're not too big, or stick out too far at the back of the car

Tips are fine, in my opinion they fill the gap if you cant afford a new exhaust & look far better than a standard peashooter.

In fact i still have a brand new one here i paid around 14 quid for still in pacjaging as i managed to get a Power flow before i got round to fitting it if your interested?

The one i have is 4" i think?

You may have to cut your tail pipe down a bit so it does stick out to far, but IMO it tidies up the standard backbox.

I used to have a ripspeed inwardly rolled one before i got my exhaust on.

Ive got a 4inch magnex on my gti, but on my old finesse i had a ripspeed tip on it, tidyed the back up no end

I think 4" might be a bit too big for me though.
