puggtiracer
http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/20827.jpg Measured it 30mm on my screen. Didn't want to go 60mm as the 30mm one looked a little excessive. Glad to be of service. pmsl

shawdreamer
Definitely 40, 60 is a bit too low in my books and apparently causes a lot of problems have ran my Si on -60mm struts and springs for many mnay monthes without problem, aslong as the tracking is attended to after drop I wouldnt see a problem myself. tyres havnt been an issue really either? I havnt even had to change my lower arms accessively, once in the 4 years and that was nearly 2 years back (before the full drop), had em checked about two monthes back by National tyres and he said theres plenty of miles left in them as the rubber bushes were only showing minor wear. (btw.... stated suspension will soon be for sale......free advertisement FTW)
