eetaylog
Possibly a thread for the PC forum, but ill let the mods decide... found out how to disable annoying youtube ads earlier for anyone thats fed up with them. Taken from digg.com... "If you have a YouTube account you can disable the ads on top of videos by going to My Account > Account Settings > Playback Setup, then click the triangle next to Annotations, uncheck the box, and click save. Unfortunately this doesn't work if you follow a Digg link to YouTube because the Diggbar makes it a generic page where you're not logged in." MCCORNY11
do you mean in the video or down the side of the website?
eetaylog
really? seems to have worked for me, though like you say, some ads may still slip through the net. There is something called tubestop that you could try which apparently disables overlays in youtube videos, but it only works with firefox. do you mean in the video or down the side of the website? the adverts that pop up in front of the video.
