c.thomas
had a crash last year so the other person claimed on my insurance. i fixed my car myself. i had 5 years no claims ive had renewal through and it says 3 years no claims i dont understand. how do they work that out? is it a mistake? i thought i would of had either zero no claims or 5 years? do you lose your no claims if somebody claims from you but you yourself do not? Stu
How about you ask your insurance company how it works?! Surely they'd be the right people as they're the ones trying to charge you?
