Scort_CVH
you can use a long bar, by placing it under the subframe etc and ontop of the lower arm and standing on/ jumping on lol Or just turn the hub and hit the arm with a hammer lol

Jordan99940
Well as you may have heard my engine is about to Shiit its self, but on wednesday I hope to have my car lowered if it hasn't popped by then. Eventually my ITB's turned up after waiting 40 odd days so hopefully plans are to get a nice 2.0 lump in there and throttle body that biitch right up. and my aim is to get that done by FF 2011 so I got a goal to aim for now! Jordan99940
well i've got some good news and some bad news last week I lowered my car i think it was 40mm on the front at college got some snaps http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25579.jpg Sadly we run out of time and couldn't do the back so had to wait till this week till I done that. In between that i may have forgot how low the car was and instead of stopping for a kerb i may have put a massive hole in the Bumper then only to hear what i think is my power steering pump going mental at me and took off my bumper to have a good old look http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25581.jpg i was greeted by this that pipe at the front is leaking out fluid could some one tell me if this is a power steering pipe? Then today went back to college to finish off the job I startedhttp://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25582.jpghttp://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25583.jpghttp://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25584.jpghttp://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25585.jpg Then the Final Look http://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25586.jpg also the bad news got worse kind of went over a bump today and now lets just say my exhaust is blowing like a trooper and a nice snap for some reason the car looks Mega Shineyhttp://www.evo-host.co.uk/getimg/25587.jpg Edited October 20, 2010 by Jordan99940

Jordan99940
yeah it caught the Flange a treat i think the way of sorting that out is possibly chopping off the two flanges and getting a friend to weld the two pipes together there for less chance of that getting twatted. might also increase my tyre Pressures so i got a tiny bit more clearance
