p4u1
You will need to cable tie one of the water hoses to the pass pump just to stop it fouling on the exhaust manifold that's what I did

p4u1
Not bad filled with expanding foam and that's it for now lol going to get the front wing done then I can fit the skirt need more tiger seal used a whole tube on the back archhttp://i1093.photobucket.com/albums/i421/p4u188/528bba88.jpg
lee grout
Nice one. That foam will just sand down then slap loadsa fibreglass across the lot. Make sure you get it in there good else when you rub it down, any air bubbles underneath any thin layers will not be solid. Worst thing I had with mine! Come to do filler and several spots were so thin I dad to do another layer to make it solid enough You'll find something like this takes forever and seem really slow but will come together quickly in the end
p4u1
Yeah that's the plan bridge it with fibreglass just don't know where to start with the front wing lol it's a full fibreglass one and needs most of the original wing chopping out apart from the lip across the top by the bonnet to bond it to
lee grout
Why chop the arch out? Why not just fit over the top?? Also you could cut the arch where flares out and only fix onto the car the bottom half, therefore no need to cut out top part of original wing. Plus its easier to blend into the curve rather than feathering out to nothing on the top. Here's mine, see what I mean. http://i743.photobucket.com/albums/xx80/the-jonsonator/Project%20Escort/raceforlife056.jpg
