Craig855S
Surround sound systems are always surround sound compatable...otherwise they wouldnt be surround sound systems... How do you currently connect your stuff to the surround sound system, is it a DVD player with 5 speakers connected to it?
Stu
Don't you do satellite tv installations? There are various different classes of surround sound.. you'd have to be a bit more specific. Either way, it's rarely anything to do with the TV. ST170 Dan
connect your hd tv to your surround sound system via optical cable. it wont be true 5.1 but you will get sound out of all 5 speakers. tv as a whole dont output in 5.1. if you have a sky box they do AFAIK
