RobMk6
I'm gonna be trying at some point to remove the WRC spoiler form the back of the Si, its not only screwed down but also has some sort of rubber sealer/glue, anybody know of any stuff to remove the glue without causing damage? cheers
16Vrhys
heat the area up while you remove the spoiler to soften the glue

shawdreamer
In all honesty...............I Should have thought of that and prey to god its not tigerseal.....as heating it up wont do rubbish oh and if its took a nice grip on application it'll happily peal lacquer off before it gives up. ScORTED
if its tigerseal - which it should be its not likely to come off especialy if it was fitted then painted! sell it on the boot imo! if its kevlar it could be genuine but if its fibreglass or plastic its not and the fact that it fits the mk6 boot tell me its a copy just FYI
kizza9989
its ok i got it off. i undone the screws heated the mastic up cut the mastic through the middle tried everything then took a hammer to the top of it and it popped off. although the boot lid is fucked. the original holes from the standard spoiler have rusted to Fcuk!
