Thanks all :cheers: both types have the same base and hinge points. only the rear supports are different. but. If its cos you like a particular type of seat found in 5drs but want it in your 3dr... Yeah thats what I was thinking may be the case, ok cool cheers mate all you'll need is some needle and thread to sew back some elastic straps you'll need to cut to get the covers off (again not a big issue) and a can of spray upholstery adhesive to resit the fabric to the foam. put it this way. My current motor has wingbacks in it out a 5dr (mine being a 3dr) and if I hadn't decided to make the wingbacks half leather while I was doing it I would have been done in a morning.
