Hi I have got a 2001 mondeo Lx what I want to do is put zetec s bumpers on from a later model. Are all the body parts I.e bumpers lights doors all the same or do they change in later models. Any help on this would be great

If i remember rightly zetec-s parts are fine (i know the rear bumper is) but st220 stuff you need to change the wings and undertray to name a few.

The bumpers both fit, as do the skirts.....its the ST bits that dont fit, well the rear bumper will but the front wont because the wings are longer on the ST's

Cool thanks for the help so all the zetec s bumpers and rear lights with the chrome round the bottom should fit. I've got a 2001 mondeo what year could I go up to I.e 2005 ??

Youve got it....no Zetec s has the rear lights with the chrome strip.....they are the final facelift lights from sorta 2005-2007

That's a nice mondeo that's the look I want to get for my mondeo. How much did you lower the car? And did it effect the ride

It was -50mm on PI springs and std shocks, the ride was as hard as hell! i buggered two wheels due to it too.....18inch alloys, hard suspension and IOW roads dont mix
