ebo666
Hi all. Had to replace broken rear lenses on my mk6 estate, and noticed foglight bulb missing from passenger side. Bought and fitted new bulb and it didn't work! Then i noticed the bulb carrier hasn't got the bottom contact fitted! Have trawled the forums looking for info but no joy. Now this may sound like a silly question (because it is) but, should both rear fogs be working? My suzuki van has a fog one side and reverse light the other. Not sure of the requirements regarding m.o.t etc. Any help would be appreciated as its got me pulling my hair out and there isn't much left! Cheers, Ian

ebo666
What spec is the estate? generally escorts only had one...Hi, it's an r reg 1.8 ghia. I just assumed that if it has a lens and a bulb carrier fitted then it should work! Although it did seem strange that there was no bulb in the old one when i removed it. sortedford
You only have one on the drivers side. It has the space for a passenger one due to it will have the same rear lights for European models. People get the fittings for the drivers side and fit them to the passenger side on the hatchbacks so you have double fog lights, you may be able to so this.
