scottybo Posted November 15, 2012 Share Posted November 15, 2012 good buy! im ot too keen on the style but very good price mate I love em, think they'll suit a black car... but now thinking about getting another escort van, been offered a decent shell cheap locally. just looking at what how much work it is to swap the turbo diesel lump into it. Had a decent look under the estate last night at work and i think it need too much welding, both sills need replacing, some patches on the floors, both sides, both rear arches and the rear valance!! I had a bright yellow escort van before this as a project but sold it due to financial problems, 2 days after i sold it, my finances improved! lol Always regretted getting rid of my first van, ex BT grey jobby with RS2000 wheels on, loved it but sold it for a 150% profit! gonna strip the bits off this at the end of the month and get all the bits ready to go on a van shell. off to the scrapyard on sunday to get some bits then hopefully get the shell early next month. i've got 18 days off at the beginning of december so i'll have a bit of time to sort it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
