Has Anyone with a finesse mk6 changed their dials to a rev countered model?

was just wondering if it was just plug and play?

cheers

90% of the time it is a straight swap, the other 10% means running a wire the coil or possibly the correct ecu pin-out (you have to varify with someone in the know which that would be though)

you might be in luck then, I don't think the 2L mondys came with anything but the rev counter dash setup, so aslong as you used the 2L loom you should be half way there.....though that still doesn't garantee the interior loom is correct I'm afraid.

I'd really hope all finesses were wired for a rev counter. My '97 1.4 Freedom wasn't (well, the wire was in the ECU plug but not at the back of the dials (probably tie back a few feet away from the clocks but I just ran a fresh wire in, no hardship)

Cheers Craig,

Fitted my rev counter dials, and it seems that all finesse models are already wired for the rev counter conversion!!!!

happy days
