What is the reason behind bringing this legislation in anyway? Is it "to protect kids from seeing porn" or "to protect kids from sex offenders who all to easily can access violent and abusive content which includes kids?" because im sure once you tell your ISP you want the block taken off you'll be able to get hold of the childporn again?

 

I suspect its neither of those reasons and more likely simply a lightly veiled attempt by the government to scramble back some of the support they rapidly lost in the last few months with some of their new highly unpopular almost anti-family policies by appearing to now be strongly pro-family.

 

the most alarming thing however is the fact that it will very likely work too as you put your average joe public infront of a ballot box and he'll immediately develop a sudden short term memory sheep disorder.
