to the mk6 round bumper, too euro style for me, I like the squareness of the mk5/mk5b, would that front bumper fit the mk6 without a bodge?

A mk5 won't fit a mk6 without a bodge coz a mk6 shapes around the lights to meet the bonnet. What car do you have? Lets get some pics up.

I have a MK6 late model Finesse, It's great but the bumper has some huge cracks in it and finding a standard panther/ash? black bumper is like finding a needle in a hay stack.

I think you'll be better off looking for a full bodykit if you want a mad looking front bumper! have you checked out the ones on ebay? and whats your budget?

Yeah I have looked and tbh budget depends on how nice the kit looks, Seen a nice one on Ebay but it was in red.

You cant really have a mad front bumper if the rest of the car is staying standard! Whats the plans?

thats a escos wrc front bumper

Depends on his good you are with fibreglass and filler! There's a few hours in that repair, and that's before seeing it in the flesh!

To be honest I'd be happy with the standard panther black bumper but they're just as hard to get ahold of cheaply

Unless your gonna 'kit it up' stay with a standard bumper. Also you may as well get one in any colour, rub it down and either paint yourself or get a shop to do it. People have massive problems trying to find parts in a particular colour! Ask Scottybo!
