scottybo
Buy a dash with a revo. Swap them over. 9 out of 10 escorts already have the wiring etc ready for a revo they just never had one fitted at factory

Mex
It's just a case of undoing all the screws for the surrounding trim, removing that and doing the same for the instrument panel. It can be difficult to get surrounding the trim over the steering wheel but it is possible without removing the wheel. You may need to removed the steering column upper surround trim too. Been a while since I did it last Before you fit the replacement instrument panel open the bonnet and feed the slack of the speedo cable through the bulkhead. This will save time, frustration and the skin of your knuckles when trying to connect the cable to the back of the instrument panel.
stuey650
What he said plus make sure instrument panel is from same engine I.e 1.6 I once put a 1.4 Rev counter in 1.6 and it didn't read correct. 1.8 Zetec might be the same I'm not sure I wouldnt personally chance as it can't be hard to get right one.
