wheel fitting help

Mk6 Si Ross

Recommended Posts

i just had a question from a buyer would my wheels fit a Toyota Yaris, i thought at 1st they were having a laugh but check this out

Corolla, MR2 >90, Paseo, Starlet, Yaris - PCD = 4 x 100, Offset = 35...38, C/Bore = 54.0

Escort, Orion, Focus, Sierra, Mondeo - PCD = 4 x 108, Offset = 35...38, C/Bore = 63.3

So what does all this mean???? the offsets seem the same don't they??? whats the other figures mean, will they or won't they fit this Yaris??? if they do go on how well they sit??

PCD = Pitch circle diameter (circumference of circle drawn between holes for wheel nuts/studs).

C/Bore i'd imagine means centre bore - i.e. the size of the hole in the middle. I think you can change this with a spigot ring, but the PCD could be a problem :(

another bloke asked if they fitted a Vauxhall but i don't think they do again cos of the above but what about other cars that are 4 X 108 PCD????

Pug and Citroen are on most current models but with much smaller offsets of about 15 to 22, would they fit with spacers n things?????

Model / P.C.D. / Offset / C/Bore
