Slingshot Posted September 4, 2004 Share Posted September 4, 2004 was at morissons at about 7 pm decided to nip home to get some stuff, pulled out satarted driving past a junction when a white van pulled out and hit my passenger side rear wing totaly pushed wing in looks like i got a bent axel at back and bent shocker. pushed me round 100 degrees and into curb, i have been to hospital they let me go but i feel like shite my chest and neck hurt, my m8 was in passenger side and he was holding on to door handel and fractured his wrist. will have some pics up soon Im So fuking pissed off right know Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Take it all the way to court m8y, you are likely to win a very decent settlement. The saxo crash i had, it was pretty much the same as that except i did a full 360 and smashed sideways into a parked car at 30, i was hurt but never claimed for my injuries, i regrewt it now cos the guy who hit me hardly had any damage cos his car was doing less than 10mph and hit me with a glancing blow. At the scene he ran away from me pretty quickly, 4-5 months later some ambulance chasing lawyer is suing me for damages, back injujries, whiplash( ) he was trying for £1500! cos he got the blame he only got £200 then had to pay 60% of that to his lawyers in fees.Sorry a bit long i know, but.
