sortedford
tkae the bumper off, measure the area, cut this out of mesh (with a 5cm boarder all round) bend it all to shape, so it fits on the back tight, then use a sealer to glue it on Ian

Mr_Tom
When i did my bottom grill, i just made it a bit bigger than the old plastic one and then as i went to put it on made little slits in the mesh and used a pair of plyers to pinch it over the little fixings that held the black plastic one on. I didnt need to use any glue and ive been up and down the motorway loads of times, its still on and looks the camels conkers!!!!!
GTsI
or you could cut the mesh so the plastic tags that hold the origional grill on actually hold the mesh on (as i have done) , still works the same either way
