Mr_Tom
Lucky i dont have to bother with cars for the mrs, hers is well newer than mine, plus the good thing is she starts a new job in january and gets a company car so we will be using that all the time as i will be allowed to drive it. Thus giving me escort a break (i will be using it as and when i need to save on the mileage i suppose)

Flat_Steve
a £3700 presentThats what i call high maintenance <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yep! Tho she doesn't know she's getting it yet! She's currently pootling about in a clapped-out P-reg Corsa that is forever breaking down on her. I made the lengthy journey from Wales to Lincoln (250ish miles!) on Saturday and the MX-5 is as good as it was described! I do need to get a new wing mirror to replace the missing one tho. It's now in my garage hidden away under a tarpaulin waiting for Christmas!!

Flat_Steve
I can't really park the MX-5 outside my house as my girlfriend would see it and wonder whose it is so I've been looking for somewhere to stash it away. My dad's got a garage but it's full of junk and is too small to fit a car in. But I got it in anyway! I had to drive it in diagonally, then me and a mate jacked the rear up and pushed it around until it was in. It's a very tight fit as you can see but at least it ain't getting nicked!!
