Chappers
yo, my dad has recently got a scrapped mk6 as a donor car for a mk5b we've got to sell after replacing the engine and i've noticed it's got a pretty nice interior i'll be keeping my seats, but i might try and put the doorcards and dash in to mine how easy is it to replace a dashboard then? anyone done it? any advice also there is a passenger airbag.. would i be able to have this too? anything thats need to be done for the doorcards to fit? just an idea at the moment but i reckon it would be quite cool tbh I'll be needing a different set of clocks though as this donor has no rev counter but that should be easy enough. what do you think peeps? possible or not? stoo2000
door cards fit fine, just need to swap the door handles, which youll end up glueing or screwing to your door. dash dont look too hard apart from all them wires on the multi-plug for the clocks that will need changing.
