what do you need to do/get done to "un" sieze it???

Remove the spark plugs and fill the cylinders with redex or diesel, leave for a few days then strip and rebuild.

well it has seized....lol

Alternatively you could try reading it a book....... it's more cost effective than rebuilding it!!

 

Or you could by my 1.8 zetec, get that chucked it and get motoring again.

 

This engine / car seems to be a fuckload of hassle mate!! That's if the engine in question is fitted to the white mk5

when my old 1 siezed i had to get a new engine with less mileage lol and thats when i started moddin the lil 1.6 lump
