as topic title people... :tired:

just got off the phone to my mum and she was telling me that my friend back in Liverpool... Mark, has writ his focus off.... i didnt believe it at first, but from what i heard from my mum was this:.......

he was racing someone.. (typical boy racer 1.8 ghia focus had license and car less than 2 months) going over a bridge over the M62.... 100MPH+ comes over the bridge loses control, hits the kerb, mounts it, goes over the barrier.. not to mention MEARLY missing going off the bridge onto the motorway below... rolls down the enbankment (apparently 12 times) and landed in farmers field, just got my brother to send me the pictures over MMS, and... :jaw: F*CKING HELL the car is a writ off!!! completley snapped an alloy in a total half as you can see by pic:

he is only same age as me.. seriously whats the point in racing... alright knowing me i will do it with my "oh so wonderful" fcuked up 1.3....... but still same age and has a 1.8 ghia.... he recently just got done for my brothers mate driving his car, then got caught by police, and gave Marks name in..... then getting the D.O.B wrong, and both getting 6 points on there licenses, THEN :O a week later he totalled mis mum's pug 306 into a kerb and snapped the alloy... FFS the d!ck head... :curse:

EDIT: almost forgot to say, he got out... no injurys just a few cuts and bruises, d!ck head.. oh and he had a mate Chris Shaw in the car too... who not long got out of his crash in his escort... so my guess is he was egging mark on to race as he is as bad as him.. ;)

wrote two cars off within two months - did he learn to drive on the dodgems?

no mate, hes wrote his off, but week before slid on roundabout into kerb in his mums 306, smashed the alloy into kerb... he is a proper t*wat i agree with you all, he is in court next week over the 6 points on his license

clever racing considering he has 6 points, and i am also glad he killed no one, never mind hope he learns mates, i hope he loses his licence in all honesty :thum:

me brother said something about they both have 6 points or something... ?( and with him having his license for such a short time, the police or the courts whatever... are contacting the DVLA to let them decide if he gets to keep the license???

if im wrong please explain, but i know its up to the DVLA if he is to keep his license or not

No 6 points means you lose your licence immediately.

If they were to get let off, they would maybe get 5 points and a weekend driving course for which they'd have to pay.

Im pretty certain the DVLA have no say in the matter, its completely up to the courts as to how they are charged if i remember rightly.

You can have 6 points in 2 years and carry on driving but only under certain circumstances iirc. I know someone that had 6 points on the provisional
