Col Posted January 14, 2003 Share Posted January 14, 2003 Hi, i dont have a ford. i have a rover but... i have been asked to find an air filter for my m8's escort si. im not a fan of k&n, (they lose you power on a k-series!!) and i have a pipercross vector kit on my car, but i would like to hear your own comments on what works best on this car. Lee R Posted January 14, 2003 Share Posted January 14, 2003 A user of this site, mk6 Si Ross, got a proven 8 bhp from a K&N 57i kit alone, though I don't think such a high power gain is common... furry Posted January 14, 2003 Share Posted January 14, 2003 i've got a HKS super dragor air filter from an fto, not sure if it's right for the car but looks good, had a pipercross which chrissyboy now has, that gave a terrific induction roar!!!
