danielk2002uk Posted January 30, 2003 Share Posted January 30, 2003 I have mk6 1.3. Whilst I feel the performance is impressive after the RS200 I px'ed to get the escort I want to put some 17s on. Problem is my car has NO PAS so and so will this make the steering unbelievably heavy, cos it isnt the lightest at the best of times or will i be ok. Regards the RS200 i was lying!! It wasnt my old car it's my mums, she does the shopping in it. The escy runs great all the time, looks nice and the insurance and tax are so cheap. If you wonder why I got rid of the RST it was cos I bought a house. I is going to add some alloys, some decent seats and GTi kit, stainless back box and that be it. Some sounds and that will do me. Pelles Posted January 30, 2003 Share Posted January 30, 2003 i have 17's and i think it lightened the steering abit (i aint got PAS) definately nothing to worry about......i quite enjoy driving the car without PAS, but its a bitch when your going slow, or parking in a tight spot.
