Craig855S
Very nice, and i love scooby, esp that shape, but its a lot of money, u can get a lot of car for that money. So i'd prob get an FQ400 instead, or, if mike is right, an M3 CSL and have me change
Chappers
CSL and 10k change then get whooped by a swift gti with 5-6k sent on the engine LOL really? In what way would it be whooped? How much would you need to spend on an 1100kg escort to make it keep up with a 1300kg M3 with 360bhp? Could that escort put all its power down at once? What about when it got to the next corner? Ex-Finesse
I don't understand CSLs. Why would you want to sacrifice so many luxuries and some practically for just a little more power and slightly better cornering. I've not driven one, but I should think the M3 is a fabulously handling car, one which limits could rarely be pushed on the road. So why the need for a CSL? On track I can imagine the difference is more noticable, as everything seems slower on track. But a CSL as a track car, nah, there's got to be better options. I'd certainly rather take a day-to-day used M3 on track, and sacrifice the small benefit a CSL would have.

Once again... Wait... VS even if it did "win" (by that i'm guessing you mean a drag race rather than a proper track shootout) if I were in the CSL i would just LAUGH my ARSE off Edited December 9, 2006 by Chappers
plumber60
the guy in the CSL was punching his dashboard, yes drag race up to around 120mph, and even at that speed the CSL had just started to 'hold' the gap. So sorry for not putting CAPS in the Mr Spellchecker
Chappers
Apology accepted... do you see how it MIGHT cause a little confusion though? If the guy in the CSL was punching his dashboard he's either a spoilt rich Cnut or he bought the car for the wrong reasons
