PeeWee
it is almost the same as your crash - seems a popular one whats you opinion on the cost of repairing Mr.Peewee? i think it is too much compared to the value of the car, but im getting mixed responses my opinion is to not repair, will cost plenty & will always have been in a shunt & still a 1.4. thing is i dont have a clue what im doing, so couldnt do any of it myself and i know i could get around £600 for breaking it, so is it an excuse to move on to something a bit faster.... Yes! the number plate is personalised and valued at £400 however the previous owner wants the car back and is willing to pay £450 as it isand yes a lot of the car is completely worthless Take it. sidrick
It seems to be the trend to launch your escort into the back of another car recently.

V6H
id buy another escort transfer the wheels etc and sell the plate to the guy you got the car off and then weight the car in for scrap you would get £80-£100 for the car depending on the scrap dealer. Unlucky about the crash everyone has had one at some point in there life.
madxrcabby
without even looking under the bonnet im estimating around £600 worth of damage, and i just dont have the money to do that!! i hit a pug 205, which hit a corsa - both of whom are good friends, then the corsa hit a volvo who i didnt know 205 - write off corsa - write offvolvo - tinyest scratch i have ever seen - thats it!!! flog the escort to the old owner and buy a volvo but the thing is , if you cant afford to repair this , how are ya gonna afford summit faster and better ?
