Just seems to be a big enough meet with just Evo members without inviting other clubs along. Just IMO mind Thats exactly what I was thinking dan ,as I had an email asking if it was ok as no doubt soemone has read this thread and told them, but I said I would ask all the regular members first before I could give a decision and due to the size of this meet now Im very tempted to say sorry chaps we are trying to keep it in house rather than as you say other clubs getting involved,I was so busy on sunday I never had the chance to speak to all the evo members that came Just so it is clear for the June meet are other people welcome or is it Evo members only? Not at all Del ,Woodside are happy to have us there as security and police both know what we are up to ,the only reason for a possible move was to offer everyone slighly more in the way of facilities ,hence me discussing a move to the harvester ,their car park however holds 55 cars ,and there was 26 evo members alone that turned up without gwenzils friends and your brother , so they would not be able to handle those sort of numbers ,So I will look again but pretty sure with poss huge numbers attending it may be an issue ,So for now we will remain at Woodside. Escort_Kid Posted May 6, 2008 Share Posted May 6, 2008 (edited) Just got in from work and read this thread, and I have to agree with dans comments 100% about having another club turning up in big numbers aswell as the evo members, like he said maybe after the evo members have been coming awhile as there seems to be a big enough turn out from just evo to keep the meets flowing nicely. After most people know each other it would be alrite but before then it might just be too many people to actually know whos who if you know what I mean.
