+1, straight swap mate. The higher wattage psu's just means that theyre capable of providing more current should your system need it. Get yourself a 400w psu, itll give you some room for upgrading in the future. Just make sure you get one with the same number of mother board power pins (either 20 or 24 pin) that your current one has.
