Al Posted February 1, 2002 Share Posted February 1, 2002 I think we should go to ´Quarry corner´ which is wicked.Never seen soooooo many cars come off at that bend,as it really does catch the drivers out. It´s at the end of a long straight, which ends with a slight rise with a little twist, then the bend!! Drivers come hammering down the straight,get too heavy on the brakes on the twist,and find they´re going too fast for the big bend!! OOOOOPPPPssssss straight into the tyre wall!!!There IS always a casaulty there every meet, me and RS2000 went on a wet day, and never seen so many crashs It´s like a cossie graveyard!! Bye, Alan. RobRS1300 Posted February 2, 2002 Share Posted February 2, 2002 Quarry is a SUPERB corner. althouogh when i went around coombe (in passenger seat of a 310bhp subaru) the best corner was the ver final corner, a long right hander, the ammount of grip is immense, is there goin to be races on the day, or is it a track day??
