I've done this before, I managed to get some foam very similar to the stuff Ford use and made my own up that were slightly thicker than standard so sealed much better. I think it's Neoprene sponge, anyone got any ideas where I could attain some? I got some from a place back home, but obviously that's 200 miles away now!
