Dubs
looks mint mate! cheers bud mine, as it currently stands (still a work in progress) http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa83/michaeld4316/003_zps56610682.jpg Is there a thread for this? Quite rare to see a completed/working Zetec turbo i did start a thread but never got round to updating it. its not quite a runner but should be very soon hopefully Like it dubs, you got an idea how your going to fab the throttle cable? How far is it from running? cheers mate . the fiesta turbo throttle cable bracket is there but not really visible in the pic. in my haynes manual there is a pic of a mk6 escort engine bay running a 1.4 cvh and an efi inlet/throttle body very similar to the fiesta turbo one so in theory that throttle cable should be a direct fit. to get it running i need to do a little bit of wiring, fit an uprated fuel pump and finish making the exhaust system Edited February 21, 2014 by Dubs

Stu
I particularly like the cardboard over the wrong-size battery terminals to stop it arc'ing out against the bonnet.

Fully rebuild 2.0 Zetec NGA (rehoned, piston rings, regrind crankshaft, new main and rod bearings, exhaust ports matched to ST170 manifold etc.), ST170 exhaust manifold fully wraped + decat + original ST170 middle muffler and that muffler which is used before rear beam (in focus) used as a last part. Custom intake made from silicone hoses and stainless steel pipe... http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u235/Malfik/Mobile%20Uploads/a46bb35e-cdd7-47a5-92f0-84e665093460_zpsff74e96b.jpghttp://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u235/Malfik/Mobile%20Uploads/1ce3cc17-fa93-446e-958c-de92b59e4d0f_zps025211b3.jpg
bongo
sounds nice mate, did you cut the st170 manifold?
malfis
No, you can look at my photobucket in my signature. Decat pipe which is continuing from exhaust manifold is slightly bent, because it was touching oil sump, cuz I have complete 60mm inner diameter pipes
