Re-sizing Images - Vista

Can anyone help me with this problem?

 

Basically, my Gran (bless her) keeps trying to send photographs she's taken using e-mail. She's worked out how to transfer the photos onto her laptop using the memory card, but unfortunately doesn't understand that sending 4/5MB files is problematic, and doesn't understand why it won't let her send 20 photographs via e-mail.

 

So I need an extremely basic way of re-sizing multiple files!

 

I have a tool on my XP machine where you can select multiple photographs, right-click and resize photographs all at once (I think it was PeeWee who told me about this donkeys years ago) but is there such thing for Vista?

 

Or maybe a free program that will reduce the size of the photographs?

 

All sensible suggestions welcome!

Picasa? She could then use it to browse her pictures, too. Thats what I usually set people up with.

It's Google, absolute doddle. My mum uses it - 'nuff said.
