Not updated this for a long time......

Depending on how my MOT goes next month, next is to get my rear n/s arch done (have had a good quote) and a s/s cat-back system...

Found a set of 17" Super Ts, and got to work on refurbing them..

Removed the white OZ Chronos and fitted the OZ Super Ts..

removed the halftints and fitted standard rear lights, also fitted all the OEM badges..

forgot you had this. new wheels are a BIG improvement, done a fab job of refurbing them too :thumb:

 

 

this still on the weitec gtn coilovers? they really as hard as people say? :O

Yeh still on the Weitecs, as Marc said, it's down 50mm..

 

I find them a nice ride TBH, much nicer ride than my old GMAX 30mm springs...

 

Can a mod ammend my earlier post please to remove all the duplicates??

Its been a while...

 

Got myself some morettes, indicators fitted down behind the honeycomb fog blanks...

HG started leaking on my GTi engine and was using alot of coolant/water, also noticed some blue smoke, so thought it would be too expensive to repair, so joined the 2.0l gang and found a good 2.0l silvertop local...

 

Fancied having a go of changing the engine myself, with a little helping hand from father in law :cheers:

 

started stripping it down outside the garage in the sun...

2.0l and GTi engines in the works van being moved to swap parts over.......

Engine in, with brand new clutch, old thrust bearing was shot, the cause to my juddering when pulling off, nice and smooth now..

Started straight away, first turn of the key...Im happy with how its running and goes very well. :thumb:

 

Do have a screeching power steering, think I might need to bleed it some more

u wanna get a cold feed from the bottom of the airbox man
