First off, do all touch screens have the ability to control windows? so if you touch start it comes up etc? are they all like that? even the cheapy ones from say china? Secondly I'm after a cheap as they come 7" ish screen to be able to hook up to a laptop, Ithink the laptop has a monitor output type connection, not sure as its in a box at home atm. In addition to that, can anyone explain how these monitors work? how do they install? software and hardware.... cabling etc, are they USB and the monitor port for example?
