There are a couple of bolt-on supercharger kits in the states for the black top zetec, but nothing to go straight onto the silver top afaik. It'd be a custom build... SLEEMAN Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 i saw in fast ford ages ago a couple of 2.0 silvertop mondeo owners bolted on a jackson racing supercharger for the focus from the states it bolts directly to the inlet, so obviously inlet temps will be higher than norm so they were considering a water injection system would help keep temps down to aid the charger and the smaller the pulley on the charger the more boost! theres also the vortech supercharger sort of looks like half a turbocharger which looks nice but again will have to be mounted near the crank pulley some have opted using custom shafts and mounts, for the price and work of a vortech charger its possible it would be better to go turbo charged. as said before Mini superchargers are commonly used as they are cheap to get but you have to figure a way to do it like in that video he had to cut half the front panel up in order to fit it!
