Escort Singh
Hi there, I want to know is there a possiblilty that the Windscreen Washer Jets can be repositioned? Mine are standard on the bonnet, when i clean the windscreen some screenwash runs onto the bonnet and the side wings cuasing nasty runs when it dries in the sun! I was looking at the wiper plastic cover on front of the windscreen and found that there are some round shapedslots where i presume other windscreen washer jets can be placed! All i need to know has anyone done this type of modification? If so please help me out and i'll be very greatful! E5C012T 51NGH
Ex-Finesse
when i clean the windscreen some screenwash runs onto the bonnet and the side wings cuasing nasty runs when it dries in the sun!<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well ya won't have that problem for quite a few months now Can't really suggest much to be honest! Would require quite a bit of R&D work! How about only using the screenwash when travelling 30mph+? Then all will go on the windscreen. Don't use it too much either and you won't get liquid running down panels.

Ex-Finesse
Yup, screws underneath. Take 2 of them out. Although you may have loads of trouble getting them angled right.
bluescortcossie
i remember seeing i single wiper kit which had the washer nozzles in the wiper arm , it would just be a case of pulling off the pipes and re-routing them upto the wipers

Escort Singh
attach em to ya wipers <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's clever you know i'd never thought of that, it's probabily coz i have the brain the size of a rice grain I'll see if there's a way of attaching windescreen washer jets in the wiper arms Thanks for that, Err...by the way i use the windscreen washers at 30mph, it's possible that the screen wash is to dilute! 2ltr_Rst
i used to drive a pug 405, didnt really like the car, but the winscreen washers were the most impressive bit! the piping for the water was attatched to the wiper arms themselves with a hole about every inch along the length of the wiper blade, spreading the water right across the screen, and only on the screen.
