Devboy Posted May 5, 2005 Share Posted May 5, 2005 Oh well, crashed my escort today just after cleaning it, went for a spin to let it dry Smile, just out of the no speed limit sign at union mill's went to overtake a lexus pulled out in front of me i thought nothing of it carried on next thing I know the traffic has stopped! letting ducks cross and i slammed on the brakes. the brakes locked up and then just managed to swever and just clip the focus on the left and went into the wall Sad. not happy at all might lose my license befor i have it! and i got my test on friday!!!!! I was onyl doing about 50 wouldnt say anymore that 60 cuz i just came intot he no speed limit absoulty gutted! I have the car at my bros now, going to take the sign apart etc see how bad it is but it looks like i might be able to repair it, however i need a new alloy mines in bits and bottom arms ripped to peices and drive shaft was halfway down the road. so much soooo wrong. In the isle of man when you see the National Speed limit sign witch is 70 in the uk i think, we class it as a no speed limit due to the fact we do not have a national speed limit. so we can do 130mph legaly!
