The only way you will see 220+ BHP NA from a zetec is with 48mm Jenvey bodies and Pectel management plus all the other goodies that you can get. Oh and an 'understanding' bank manager.....

indeed. Jenveys and Pectel is knocking near 2.5/3k on it own

 

then theres £700-800 quid of head work, plus a steel bottom (serious £££££££) end if ya doing it really properly....

im running 230.6 bhp with 186lbft of torque from my 2.1 zetec,but all this cost me £9k,but it does go bloody well,in a 4x4 toooo

you swapped ya I4 for a Zetec? got any pics? car sounds class who did ya work? With a price tag like that i'm thinking Dunnell?

bloody expensive but he is the best hands down

did all the work myself apart from things that you buy,eg head work,cams etc,

just bought a race spec manifold from him,it is the dogs 28 inch primaries,4-1 equal length
