Escort Singh Posted June 2, 2005 Author Share Posted June 2, 2005 I found out yesterday from my insurance company, the third party wants to take legal action against me as he alleges that he has injured his left elbow I said to my insurance company how was that possible? I scraped his car on the left side as shown in the picture, his hands would be on the steering wheel damn malingerer. I reckon because of his uninsured loss it's going to cost him extra and wants a refund for his loss (sorry I have no sympathy for fakes) If he was a motorcyclist on the other hand then I’ll accept the allegation, but he was in his car and the distance between the left hand side of the car and him was at least 60cm’s. At the scene the police officer asked the third party driver whether he would like an ambulance, I advised him as I’m a St. John Ambulance first aider but he refused. I’m now probabily facing disciplinary action if found proven which may carry a criminal record and penalty points on my licence, nut he's a L-I-A-R. Was a low speed hit (15mph tops) and my passenger noticed it was going to happen first cos he shouted "look out". The other driver was cool with it, i was cool with it and at the time my passenger was cool with it. 2 days later the guy i was giving a lift to doesn't show for work as he has "suspected brain damage caused by whiplash type injuries" (his head never touched any part of my car!!) and he planned to sue me. He decided that cos his solicitor said it was an easy win he would stay off work for 2 months and claim back all the losses from me. Little did he know that i had already spoken to my insurers about some games of golf he had been on the same night of my accident and over the susequent weeks. How could he be suffering whiplash and still play golf? Subsequent letters asking me to settle were simply thrown away and i later got the whole case dropped.Hate sponging little fuckers who think they can take advantage of a bad situation for their own gain.
