BIG STU
very easy to make my friend! 18mm MDF sits nicely. I was about 6-£8 for the MDF and not much more for the cloth from a fabric shop. enables you to be totally original in the design just ask those who saw mine at crail on the 12th Nov. ive got it trimmed in blue with 2 ford logos on it just use the old shelf as a rough template over size it to start then just trim away to fit be careful to watch the clearance for the tailgate as mine rubs a bit. The plastic supposrts will easy hold the shelf and speakers. I am actually contemplating re doing mine (rubbed through the fabric at one small point and fancy a new logo might do the site address what you all think) so might make a few more while im at it as i will have a template to work off
