Cappy Posted January 28, 2002 Share Posted January 28, 2002 For the lower grill on my Escort GTi.. I just removed the original and sprayed it silver.. then sprayed it with laquer.. Personaly I think it looks much better than when I had mesh. Once the mesh got tarnished and dirty.. it looked cack and cheap.. the original grill looks a lot more professional. For the top gril.. you can do the same, or what I did was to go down to ford and buy the Chrome grill from the Ghia which looks much better.
