nj1979
On Friday my GTi will be fitted with a Mongoose Exhaust system, K&N Induction kit and a powerchip. I have read in a few articles on the web that the car should be put on a rolling road to check that all is working 100%. How many of the people who have modded thier engine in some way have taken it to a rolling road? What is the nearest (and decent) rolling road in/near south wales. Help appreciated guys! JonC
when i had my car chipped they had to remap the chip to allow for the 2ltr throttle body from a mondeo, when they tested it it was very very lean the fuel line on the graph hardly rising at all, after the remap it is rising exactly how it should... defo recommend a rolling road session, maybe two
