cossiecab Posted March 17, 2003 Share Posted March 17, 2003 I got a qoute from van aaken and it was a pretty basic spec and a 180bhp outcome, cant find the info they sent me but think it would have been about 3.5k!!!! and that would be about the power limit too cus it was standard management, 5th injector, decomp plate etc.... so If it was only 180bhp you was after I would go for an RST lump with chip, zaust, filter, -31 etc...... and it would have cost half the price they were qoutin me. Just big time overpriced company and people try them cus a couple of decent motors have been in mags etc.... Not knockin the car, I'm sure it'll look wicked once finished and 180bhp aint shy, its just I dont rate VAD and think what they offer is a rip off.
