hey Escy Ghia

 

i got two sheets of the mesh from ebay, well cool, i have shaped and made the upper grill as well for mine just need to make some brakets for it first then it will go on, how did you fit the bottom, did you take bumpper off or from bottom/top, and how did you fix it on???

hi m8 I put the car up on axle stands and removed the cover under the front bumper.....then cut the mesh round the old one to get the shape of it and cut the mounting holes the same as the original.....clipped it in place and where it overlapped stuck it with gutter sealant....job done :D needed a grinder to cut it though tis strong as feck ;( sounds quick but it took me bout 2-2.5 hrs however I replaced my busted fog light bulb while I was under there :))
