scottg17
Okay, I have seen alot of people requesting a guide on how to make sigs recently so ive decided to do one Im just going to show how to do a basic sig and the rest is really just experimenting So.. We start off by opening a 500 by 150 pixel blank canvasI have also highlighted the main tool i have used to do this sig, http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/start.jpg I then rightclicked on the background in the layers box. Picked duplicate layer, then click okay, You will see another layer identical to the one you have will appear. From there You can click on a colour/style ECT from the section i highlighted on the 1st pic.I have picked a blue and white one... See its middle one on the end just click it and your background will be filled automaticly. http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/style.jpg You then need to pick you images... so its pretty self explanitory (file then open)I later ditched the rampant lion for a ford logo instead http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/pics.jpg Its the a case of using your lasso too on your pics. hit CTRL+C to copy your lassod bit, Click on your sig and hit CTRL+V to paste it in.You then need to hit CRTL+T to move it about till your happy http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/pics2.jpg I decided to play with the layer properties on the flag (you can see i have gone for darken on the drop down above the layers)http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/darken.jpg I the lassod my car in the same way the flag was done http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/place.jpg There are many options on how you want your pic to be but i have chose to use the smudge tool and smudge the edgeshttp://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/smudge.jpg I then added text with a drop shadow, to get the shadow you right click your layer and go to blending optionsi added a drop shadow beow my text with the vivid light effect (like the darken one on the flag) http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/shadow.jpg I then added a ford logo with the with the transparency set to 35%http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/opt.jpg As a little finishing touch i decided to add HID look lights to the car ( you can do this by clicking Filter> render> Lens Flare. Pick the 105mm option and click your lights on the preview pic ( youll see if you try it) http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/lenseflare.jpg So... thats pretty much it, heres the end product http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x179/scottg17/Finished.jpg
