Scrote Posted May 5, 2003 Author Share Posted May 5, 2003 1991 Mk5 RS2000 complete with rusty wheel arch and fuel filler, KONI T/A shox, -35mm Eibach springs, De-cat pipe, K & N panel filter, 3" exhaust system, 130+K on the original engine. It's one of the first Mk5 RS2K's built (April '91) and was bought with a restoration in mind. I wanted a Mk1/Mk2 RS but after seeing this at work I wanted it. It's still pretty quick and the engine doesn't leak or smoke, fuel consumption is ok too. Insurance is a bit harsh tho' . Still cheaper than a Cossie .
